On January 31, 2024, President Chakwera launched the project for the improvement of main roads in the city of Lilongwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President hailed Malawi and Japan’s strong bilateral relations and collaboration. Through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Japanese government is funding the three billion Japanese yen project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
